These Terms of Usage govern your use of Memora. By downloading, accessing or using Memora, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Use of the App
Memora includes memory games, attention drills, logic puzzles, math exercises, verbal reasoning, spatial reasoning, 4 Pics 1 Word style puzzles, IQ-style tests and EQ-style self-reflection reports.
You agree that you will not:
- Use Memora for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the app or its services.
- Copy, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit app content without permission.
- Misrepresent Memora scores as official certifications, clinical results or professional evaluations.
Scores, IQ Tests and EQ Reports
Memora's scores, IQ-style test results and EQ-style reports are generated from in-app gameplay and question responses. They are designed to provide feedback, motivation and entertainment.
Memora is not a medical device, psychological service, clinical tool, school assessment or official intelligence testing provider. Results may vary based on device, session context, question pool, randomization, language and gameplay behavior.
Ads, Analytics and Third-Party Services
Memora may display ads and use analytics or cloud services, including Firebase services and Google Mobile Ads. These services help operate the app, load content, measure performance and support free access.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of Memora is also subject to the rules of the app store where you downloaded it.
Availability, Intellectual Property and Liability
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue features, game modes, question pools, content, ads or services at any time.
Memora, its design, code, interface, text, game logic, visual structure and related content are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app according to these terms.
